		<description>One man driving by noticed me taking photos and he said that the city was contemplating acquiring this structure and fixing it up as kind of a welcome center. Which sounds like a great idea. He did mention complicating issues, such as the old gas tanks underneath and any environmental problems they may have caused.</description>

		<description>What character! Probably too small for an antique shop, but might work as an ice cream and/or coffee shop if the area would support that kind of venture. Would be a shame to lose such a quaint little place.</description>
