It’s about 57 and sunny, no wind. A beautiful day out there.
Gas is running about $1.86 $1.78 per gallon. After a high of $4.09 in July, this seems like a free ride.
The city workers have been installing the Christmas decorations downtown – wreaths and candle things with green garland are going up on Commercial and Sixth Street.
I guess today is the Great American Smoke-Out for smokers. Over the years I’ve taken a few puffs from friends’ cigarettes but just never found found that fascination (or addiction) with smoking that smokers have.
The temp on our back deck in the sun says 70 degrees——- but the bank said 68 degrees—— & our gas on the corner is $1.82!!

Someone told me yesterday ours was $1.74/gal.
It’s $1.69 at the cheap stations in my part of Topeka.
