lunch hour cat play

May 12th, 2008 at 6:04 pm

Dave and I were sitting on the porch at lunchtime.

Yellow Cat stopped by for a visit. “Pet me, please. I don’t have the rabies.”

Pouting Tiger.

You!

Huh?

Ooh, a dandelion!

Ditto–what Manda said! I had pictures printed today and it looks like I have almost as many pictures of Boots & Joe as I do my grandchildren. (but they are so funny!) I have Joe in the dryer–do most cats love to jump in the dryer, especially when it’s full of warm clothes? And Boots in the bathroom sink (why does he like to sleep in the sink?)–and looking out the window together and sleeping in the chair–or they’re licking the tops of each other’s heads.

I had two cats growing up (mamma and baby, real creative). They would squish into the window in the bathroom together. I have pictures of them floating around somewhere. I never could figure out why they liked that window so much. Mamma would climb into my backpack if I left it open and lay in there. I think cats are just odd characters.
