If you’re ever in the Mullinville area, ya gotta check out the along-the-highway sculptures on US 400 just west of town.

M.T. Liggett has been busy welding, painting and posting.

This is looking at the back of the row of sculptures that goes on for a quarter-mile or so.

Alright… now you’re making me homesick. I can’t tell you how many trips Liggett’s roadside attractions said to me, “Almost home.”

Ya know most of his stuff is political. i wonder if I should drive by there and see who I should vote for. He has quite an opinion on stuff. I wonder what he’d have to say about Obama and Hillary and Mccain.

I need to look through my photos. I’m pretty sure I could show you his opinion on Hillary and Bill. The last time I passed through, I stopped to take photos and chatted with a man from Oregon who was there with his RV by the side of the road, also taking pictures.

I think I have pictures of Hillary and Bill too come to think of it. I can’t remember who the gal in the boots he was basically calling a Nazi was. He certainly has lots of opinions.

There’s one sculpture of Monica Lewinsky’s blue dress.

Liggett’s work is such a wonderful sight. I wonder what the unsuspecting traveller thinks when they come upon it.
