Wow look at that sky! And at Cheryl’s horizon! I’d love to see that from a small airplane looking down over that golden grass crisscrossed with roads and cattle trails and spotted with ponds. Make a pretty quilt, wouldn’t it?

I think that drive on 150 is one of the most pretty views in Kansas. Open space as far as the eye can see. Every time I travel this road, I like to fantanize that I am in a low flying aircraft. Thanks for posting this scene. The picture of Cheryl’s wounds is rather graphic! I would say you cat was very mad at you. My cat, if he doesn’t get his way, will bite.

For so many years there were no sholders on that road & so many accidents & no place to go if some one was comming at you on that HWY!
I agree it is a beautiful drive! I don’t care what time of year it is there is still beauty!!!!!!!!!
