A couple weeks ago when we were in Ottawa, we ate lunch at Poncho’s.

We got there early when the place was empty, but it filled up before we left.

The chile relleno/taco dinner was filling. Ever notice how the refried beans look and taste the same in every Mexican restaurant?

El Mezcal across the street is better. They always have music playing and lots of times the male waiters sing along to the radio and sorta kinda serande you as they work. It’s a nice place with cool decor too!

Oh, this looks so good. We lack good Mexican food in SF. Two things you won’t find; ground beef and hard shell tacos.
