Ottawa Carnegie

It’s a pretty building, the one-time Carnegie Library in Ottawa, designed by Ottawa architect George P. Washburn (also responsible for the Franklin County Courthouse and other fine courthouses in Kansas.)

The library found larger quarters and now the building is Ottawa’s Community Cultural Center.
