    I am going to state that it is the courthouse in Scott City, Scott County,Kansas.

    I wonder if they still have the “Whim—Diddy” or what ever they call it that they use to have at Scott City each year!!!!!!!

    I found the info on it——–
    The Whimmydiddle Arts & Crafts Fair at Scott City brings over 300 exhibitors to the City Park. It’s held on the last Saturday in September.
